I wonder if who ever made the quilt was inspired by it.
I was......i love Margaret Preston's work.
I did a study of it at TAFE a few years ago and gave it to my mum as a gift.
Sorry about the terrible pic, mum framed my print and i cant get a photo without the flash reflecting.

Wow thanks for the tip- I had not heard of Margaret Preston before and her work is phenomenal.
May I ask did you find a copy of the waratah print? It is absolutely beautiful and I can't seem to any printmakers who produce copies!
